Professional art gallery

The Joal gallery moved to Bastia, Corsica, in 2022 Focused on contemporary urban art, the gallery aims to participate in the already dynamic Corsican cultural life. By highlighting artists from Corsica and elsewhere, it is part of a process of island artistic emulation. When it opened, the Joal gallery had 5 permanent artists and also offered lithographs, serigraphs and prints by big names in street art such as Banksy, Shepard Fairey and Brusk. The Residence Joal completes the gallery. This place, located a few minutes from the gallery, has several exhibition areas as well as a projection space. It is the meeting place for our events. With the vocation of becoming a place of creation (as part of an artist residency project), of meeting, this space has set itself the task of promoting exchanges between artists and thus the emergence of new projects.
