Cosmos
HENDAYE From August 20, 2020 to September 27, 2020
Presentation
In the wilderness as well as in sites that only appear to be urban, David Tatin's photographs question our relationship to the living, to the territory, and to the traces left by Man. The artist likes to wander the margins and areas of friction, to walk, and to immerse himself in the spaces he travels through.

Cosmos
From the Greek Kosmos, world: The whole of everything that exists / The Universe as a whole.
"Among the randomly scattered things, the most beautiful: the cosmos. The invisible harmony more beautiful than the visible. Nature likes to hide. " - Heraclitus, Of Nature (poem) -
"Where does this access to the invisible come from? And once the invisible is reached, how can it be shared? As the meditator manages, through practice, to find a place of peace within himself, being outside often and multiplying experiences as close to nature as possible allows us to feel, more than to see, what we miss when we are just passing through. It's about looking for what is beyond us and transcends us, what emanates from living beings and landscapes...
This cosmic "elsewhere" is often found next door to my home. To go to meet it, I walked, pedalled and swam. Immersion in time, or in the primary sense. »
