FAIE DAVIS spent many months in the West African country of Namibia over a period of ten years photographing members of the Himba tribes.
Having been invited by the Tjsposa Headman to capture images of these wonderful people, Faie has managed to secure expressive portraits that personify the character of her subjects. The following images of the Himba also include a Mursi portrait captured in a remote part of Ethiopia during her recent visits to the Southern Omo Valley the home of the Mursi people.
