Humanity's relationship with nature is complex, and the diversity of its expressions is an inexhaustible source of interest. Dual nature, double nature… as our era urgently demands a necessary reassessment of our behavior, we have chosen to present the approaches of two artists who seem to be diametrically opposed: the Indian artist Avishek Sen and the Franco-Vietnamese artist Florian Song Nguyen.
Their boundless inspiration and curiosity find seemingly contradictory expressions. In reality, they are complementary. The vibrant Avishek Sen, through his colorful watercolors, reframes the dialogue between humanity and nature. The contemplative Florian Song Nguyen, through an intimate, almost scientific approach, depicts nature in his ink drawings in a naturalistic, almost philosophical way.
Beyond apparent differences, they share their passion and a profound respect for ecosystems.
By inviting us to reimagine our perception of nature, "DOUBLE NATURE" appeals to our deepest intimacy and questions our relationship with the living world.
