A Meeting of Five Contemporary Worlds
For this second edition of the CLLCTVE Exhibition, Edouard Gallery has partnered with Flat Design to offer a unique dialogue between painting, sculpture, and contemporary photography.
Brought together in a single space, five artists with singular sensibilities explore our relationship to emotion, memory, identity, and perception. Between urban influences, contemporary figuration, sculpted photography, and poetic realism, this exhibition highlights powerful artistic approaches, driven by a shared commitment to sincerity and creation.
THE ARTISTS
AFAT
Originally from Toulouse, AFAT develops work at the crossroads of graffiti, contemporary painting, and sculpture. With his series "100 Kilos of Sensitivity," he explores human emotions through deliberately minimalist forms, where the spontaneity of the gesture meets a profound search for authenticity.
Sabine Danzé
Sabine Danzé's painting is driven by the energy of gesture and the power of human connection. Her portraits, created in the urgency of emotion, reveal a sensitive and vibrant humanity where matter becomes a direct extension of the gaze.
Camille Levert
Inspired by the seven years she spent in Hong Kong, Camille Levert has developed a unique photographic practice based on three-dimensional photocollage. Blending photography, cutting, and embroidery, her works invite the viewer to physically enter the image and rediscover urban space from a fresh perspective.
Nada Nadie
Presented for the first time in France, the Spanish duo Nada Nadie, composed of Ángel López and José Ramón Puchades, presents a sculptural work of great technical mastery. Working in bronze and ceramic, their creations explore the human condition through figures imbued with poetry, silence, and presence.
Jonathan Ouisse
Jonathan Ouisse constructs a dense narrative universe where social satire, childhood imagery, and contemporary critique intersect. Influenced by both classical painting and popular culture, he composes unsettling and powerful scenes that question the excesses of our time with dark humor.
