A painting exhibition "Between Introspection and conversation"

Stéphan Herrgott, a talented Alsatian painter has regularly exhibited his paintings at the Bost Gallery, 24 Grande Rue, Valence, France, since 2013.

The gallery owner met the artist on the occasion of an exhibition abroad and the display of Stéphan Herrgott's artworks in Valence immediately appeared obvious to her.

From June 9th to 30th 2018 , you will be able to admire the artist’s work on the ground floor as well as on part of the first floor. In his series « Conversations » Stéphan explores the individual in his relationship to others.

One of the major artworks of this exhibition is the painting entitled" Conversation between Eugène and Eugène " (see cover). This canvas arose from a personal work of Stéphan on the painter Eugène Boudin and from his will to pay tribute to the city of Valence with the famous kiosk Peynet and his architect Eugène Poitoux.

You will also discover his series "between Her and Blanche", a beautiful interpretation of the individual endowed with a delicate and subtle sensibility in which the abstract lines mix with the representational spirit so as to take you to your very heart .

Finally you will be invited to ponder with the series "Between Air and on Earth" in which the spectator gets lost in the immensity of the whites in contrast with the blues in a pure and serene spirit. The artist attracts you into a space of freedom and peace of mind.

Stéphan Herrgott invites you to meet him on Saturday, June 9th, 2018 from 6 pm onwards at the Bost Gallery, 24 Grande Rue, Valence on the occasion of the varnishing of his exhibition "Between introspection and conversation".
