Surrealism - it's the universe of dream. The unconscious, once released from all control allows an opening of mind. Brussels - it is the city of surrealism, thanks to the heritage of Magritte. Galerie Katarzyna Napiorkowska pays tribute to the nearly century-old tradition of surrealism, presenting a collection of works by Polish artists, whose artistic vision is marked by surrealist element.

Among the featured artists is Franciszek Starowieyski, whose large collection in featured in the MoMA collection in New York. The exhibition also contains paintings by Jan Sumiga, Henryk Waniek, Rafal Olbinski, Marta Rynkiewicz and Miet Olszewski.
