Biography

Nico Silberfaden is an Argentinian artist born in 1982. He spends 10 years of his life working in the United States. In 2007, he graduated from the full-time program at the New York International Center of Photography and then obtained his Masters in Fine Arts, specializing in photography, at Hartford University. He currently teaches undergraduate photography at the Paris College of Art. His first monograph entitled "738" is made from simple and raw images of everyday Los Angeles life, depicting streets, buildings, people or objects. It was critically acclaimed the year it was released. His second monograph called “CAMILA SAN PEDRO” should soon be released. His photographs are published and exhibited in individual and group exhibitions all over the world. His work is also present in private and public collections such as La Maison Blanche in France, and MARQ in Buenos Aires.
