Biography
Jhonny Blanco Quispe, visual artist, born in La Paz, Bolivia; in the Altiplano region. Son of Aymara speaking parents. Figurative and abstract painter by nature; lover of oil, watercolor, ink, graphite, charcoal and canvas, paper and cardboard supports.
The influence of indigenous peoples is all that matters in my works.
Constant experimentation; the fusion of materials and pigments, promote the development and progress of my art, accompanied by the Andean Theogony book conference, Nayjama; both with an introduction to the mythology of the Andean peoples by the writer Fernando Diez de Medina.
