A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, Dominique Pourchet is a multidisciplinary artist, she has explored textile art and assemblage for many years, without ever abandoning illustration drawing.
She uses fabrics and papers like others use paint.
