Biography

Mika Pusse lives and works in Saint-Etienne. A protean artist, he is in turn singer, musician, designer, comic book author, graphic designer, tattoo artist, illustrator, creator of record covers and even poster artist. His approach to creation is horizontal, with the choice of medium coming downstream.

He is very influenced by rock and punk culture, American alternative comics and even symbolist and romantic painting. While being a singer and musician, he also created the visual identity and record covers of the brilliant and cult music group Pusse, and the musical duos Schlaasss, Chantal Morte and even Pupusse and Patrack. He also collaborated with the band Têtes Raides and the free jazz label Bloc Thyristors for which he created numerous covers.

Today, he devotes himself to his solo musical projects, tattooing, drawing, and printmaking.
