Gris De Garance

She hails from Evian, in the Haute-Savoie region of France.

She began painting as a child, and this passion has never really left her.

As a young adult, she attended the Chambéry municipal art school while studying history and geography.

It was in adulthood that she came into contact with watercolours and the chance magic of water.

With watercolor, no two paintings are ever the same.

She loves working with its acidulous colors, sometimes even textured or glittery, and combining it with other mediums such as black pen or gouache.

She is particularly fond of surrealist paintings and nature. One of her favorite themes is illustrating women's thoughts in different contexts!
