The Written Image

As a painter and poet, I create portraits of women in vegetal and colourful settings, mainly in oils. My world is imbued with gentleness, emotion and humanity, nourished by my hypersensitivity and my experience as a doctor.

My artistic journey began with painting trees, symbols of my connection to nature and my inner world. Gradually, my work turned towards the feminine: revealing the beauty, poetry and gentleness that lie within each of us.

Each painting is accompanied by a poem. The words and the painting talk to each other, respond to each other and enhance each other. It was from this encounter that the name L'Image écrite was born.

I mainly use oil paint, sometimes mixed with acrylic or collage. Each work is born of an inner image, and becomes a sensitive space between vision and emotion.

What drives me is to offer a space for reconnecting with oneself, through painting. Whether through my work, my courses or my workshops, I invite everyone to slow down, refocus and rediscover their inner creativity.
