Seb Toussaint is a Franco-British street artist born in Caen in 1988. Derived from graffiti, his work is spontaneous, the artist improvises his murals on all types of supports without sketches. For over 4 years, he has been traveling the slums and refugee camps of the world for his "Share The Word" project.
He asks the inhabitants to choose words they wish to express and that he then paints on their dwellings. To date, Seb Toussaint has painted 137 murals in disadvantaged neighborhoods of Indonesia, Kenya, Nepal, Egypt, Colombia, the Philippines, Ethiopia, France, Brazil, Iraq. His colorful work is inspired by encounters around the world and by the words that people give him.
