Sherley is an artist who works the image in all its forms: from painting to video to animation of images and illustration. After taking her artistic training in France, Sherley began her career in Belgium in the year 2005, creating video projections for dance shows. Her professional career continues in Barcelona, where she worked in particular painting and illustration. Living in Strasbourg today, she continues her search for images, never limiting herself to a single medium.

Sherley seeks to create a poetic and dreamlike world operating through associations of ideas. Inside the same image, she uses few different colors and paints few details. This allows him to go to the basics and thus create a clear, effective and strong image. The characters described are painted in a naive and very illustrative way.

Sherley does not target a particular audience. Her illustrations are reproduced both in storybooks and in economics magazines... She plunges her characters into a story, creates the beginning, and most importantly, she lets the reader imagine a sequel...
