Sifat

SIFAT is a French artist, born in 1987.

In residence for a year at 59 Rivoli. Her work stands out due to its strokes and purity of intention. She has put in place a kind of alphabet which is inspired by ancient writing. Calligraphy is indeed the main focus of her artistic research and signs generally speaking, as it releases the sense of ancient words. Her painting is young and resistant, she hangs her calligraphy on the walls in street or on canvases.

Her work has been presented during several collective and personal exhibitions, but also under the form of performances, especially at Cité de la mode, Maison de la radio and Musée des Arts et Métiers.
