Biography
Louzio, born in 1982 in Manosque, is a self-taught French painter whose universe is at the crossroads of Street Art, Pop Art, contemporary collage, and urban art. Installed and working in Abrest (Allier), he develops a work immediately recognizable by its richly textured compositions, where collage, acrylic painting, spray paint, felt, paint projections, and graphic elements are mixed.
His work draws inspiration from urban culture and the great figures who have marked history, music, cinema, or society, which he revisits through a personal and expressive plastic language. Each creation is conceived as a tribute to a personality who has inspired him through their journey, values, or cultural heritage.
Louzio's works are distinguished by their dynamic construction, where disorganization becomes composition, bringing to the fore a raw emotion and a singular visual narrative. The artist seeks to transmit to the viewer the sensations experienced during the creative process, making colors, materials, typography, and iconographic fragments dialogue. This approach gives his work a strong emotional dimension, where the energy of graffiti, urban collage, and contemporary expressionism combine with a constant search for texture and movement.
