Sébastien Desnos (s3b Desnos)

I have always drawn since my childhood from where my taste for graphics which materializes through a formation of Graphic Arts. After leaving this training, I painted my first "dripping" to express my sensitivity for emulsions of explosive colors through "Action Painting". The experience of "Dripp" allowed me to evacuate the negative vagaries of everyday life in a paint splash press and thus break the conventional codes of my original training as a designer, illustrator and executive draftsman in advertising. It is not at this time to copy a photo better than the original but to express themselves openly, instinctively and spontaneously to give rhythm and energy in the paint flows and to develop classic formats or triptycs. 

In 2012, I started to make some sketches in pure forms to develop a “Naïve" art with effects of materials and textures. This is a thoughtful step. Different themes such as the cosmos, the oceans or other subjects in a spirit of joy for the title of the works, calls for fantasy, through artifices added in graphic forms or collages.
