Biography
Well my name is Allan Derras, I live in the 93, I am a photographer and I have been practicing this art for four years now since I entered the Brassaï photography school in the 15th arrondissement of Paris; initially wishing to work in cinema I found myself a real passion for photography; what is great about photography is that it is very accessible so accessible that it has become extremely difficult to stand out, I see it as a very pure way of expressing yourself without jostling the crowds where the word in itself is very controversial nowadays, moreover, don't we say a picture is worth a thousand words; the goal is not only to create a visual pleasant to look at finally that said it depends.
But good before reading an artist you read above all a fan and a fan of Elliott Erwitt's de Irving Penn by Salvador Dali, Sergio Leone, Edward Hooper, Ennio Morricone, Robert Frank, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Stevie Wonder, Martin Scorsese, Andreas Gursky, and so on; it all shapes who I am and what I produce.
