Moreno Pincas, born in Sofia in 1936, is a Franco-Israeli painter.
He emigrated to Israel in 1949. He studied at the Avni Art Institute in Tel Aviv from 1958 to 1960 and in 1960 won the First Prize of the Biennale of Young Painters at the Museum of Modern Art in Haifa.
