Biography
Maria Collin is a passionate, French painter who has exhibited her work mainly in Europe. She graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in 1967 where she had studied under professor Artur Nacht-Samborski - one of the most acclaimed Polish painters. She creates using oil on canvas, paper and collage. Her paintings refer to the great school of synthetist painting, where colour and form count the most. She lives and works in Pouvrai, France.
