Salvatore Cippone

Cippone was born in the province of Lecce in 1942. Self-taught, he attended private art studios and began exhibiting his works in the years of the Italian youth struggle of 1968. He preferred the oil on canvas technique and the nudes. He has a style of new impressionism with which he also creates frescoes for churches and basilicas in Southern Italy. He has exhibited in Italian galleries, winning numerous awards.
