Biography

Daniele Dondè was born in 1950 in Cremona, Italy. The son of an art collector, Daniele Donde became a renowned painter throughout the world.

Daniele Dondè began to love art at a very young age, especially due to the personal art collection of his family. This collection became famous after his father's death. Dondè was forced to sell this collection due to financial reasons and unfortunately he admitted that 50% of these purchased items were actually fake.

After this disappointment, Dondè decided to dedicate his life into finding who mislead his family by selling fake items. Once he tracked the forgers, he threatened to inform the authorities unless the forgers accepted his offer.

He suggested that the forgers work for him and not cheat collectors, but to make masterpieces accessible to everyone.

Daniele Dondè legalized the work of forgers, creating an artistic movement around the world, which attracted the interest of art collectors worldwide.

Followed by many collectors, he exhibits his work on all the continents and is in the private collections of Rafael Nadal, Sofia Loren, Roger Moore, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Prince Albert II, the Sultan of Brunei...
