Yanis Miltgen

Yanis Miltgen is a Luxembourgish sculptural textile artist and experimental embroiderer, graduated from Atelier Chardon Savard (Paris) and Studio Eyral (South of France). Working at the intersection of craftsmanship and art, he develops a distinctive practice influenced by nature, architecture and innovation.

His work explores embroidery as a fully sculptural medium, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary materials such as metal and silicone. After a first acclaimed collection, he expanded his practice toward artworks and installations exhibited in galleries, affirming a rigorous and experimental artistic approach.

Through recurring themes such as nature, time, and imagination, Yanis Miltgen seeks to crystallize emotions and create visual and sensory experiences that invite introspection. His work belongs to a contemporary approach in which disciplinary boundaries dissolve in favor of a bold and poetic artistic language.
