Biography

The first exhibition of Claudine Kissinger (Ckiss) was in 1984. Self-taught, CKISS has never let it go.

An assertive character and a claiming spirit have supported her work as a painter throughout her life. In response to the events that surrounded her, the rebellious artist threw her emotions on free canvases like air. To paint on sheets in the manner of Pollock, (because for her, the sheets accompany us throughout our life), to be able to express oneself on any support, unconventional, was her freedom.

Member of honor at the Museum of Spontaneous Art in Brussels, she was convinced of being able to help women to do as much as her, to realize themselves by expressing themselves freely and spontaneously.

All of her work is a true testimony. In her century, human relationships, sexism ... as much in their beauty as in their darkness.
