Vibeke Lunel

Vibeke Lunel (born 1970) is a Norwegian painter and visual artist. She works abstractly in large formats with both acrylic and oil. She has participated in a number of separate and collective exhibitions. In addition to her own artistic activity, she holds painting courses and workshops both in Norway and abroad. 

She has many years behind her as a subject teacher in arts and crafts, and after obtaining a master's degree in museology in 2020 she has also been working as a freelance curator and museologist. She has had clients such as the National Museum, the National Concerts and the International Children's Art Museum, and in 2014 she received the Nesodden municipality's cultural award for her communication of aesthetic values to children and young people.
