Piotr Fafrowicz

Piotr Fafrowicz is a Polish painter born in 1958. He studied art history at the Catholic Universty of Lublin and then at the School of Animation of Warsaw. It was during his studies that he started to paint. Today, he continues his activity as a painter and illustrates books for children, for which he has received several awards. His work was, for example, awarded at the Aki International Biennial of Illustration in Japan. His paintings immerse us in a naive universe, which send the viewer back to his childhood, with a background of poetry. Through purple paintings or red paintings, he draws us into intriguing and monochrome landscapes
