Biography
Eun-Mo Chung was born in 1946 in Korea.
She moved to New York in the mid 1960s and has lived between Ireland and Italy since the late 1980s. Now she lives and works in Italy.
Her work is informed by a thorough knowlege of Modernism, especially of the works of the early abstractionists.
Like Malevich and Albers she is fascinated by both mathematical and chromatic harmonies and the changing effects of light on them.
