Dasha Sova

Dasha Sova is a contemporary artist originally from Ukraine, now based in White Rock, BC, Canada. Inspired by animals, flowers, and everyday moments, she creates expressive acrylic paintings that celebrate personality, emotion, and the beauty of ordinary life through bold colour and energetic brushwork. Formally trained in monumental art, she later developed a more intuitive and expressive approach to painting while retaining a strong foundation in composition and colour. Her work has been exhibited in Canada and is held in private collections across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia.
