Description
Despa Hondros work draws on natural forms to create abstract images. She chooses pencil on paper to translate the subtlety and detail of the forms into her art. This drawing, "Glittering Sea", is made up of over 80,000 circles drawn in pencil on Arches paper. It represents the sun setting over the sea and sparkling effect of the light as it bounces around on the waves - it's a magical moment to behold.
