Description
If I knew what the picture was going to be like- I wouldn't make it. Cindy Sherman said that. It's so true. I stay away from politics but now it's impossible. This piece comes with an official certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Ready to Hang: No. Signature Location: bottom.
Presentation
Artist Statement:
I love the process of making art. There is really no bad way to approach it. Each new thing that is started may lead to a surprising result- with luck and a little synergy. I try to keep an open mind and to have faith in my instincts. Preserving a sense of spontaneity is important to me. There should be a feeling of freshness. It is also good if there is some mystery in the work- something held back that can be provided by the viewer.
I have fun with my dark side but also manage to take my sense of humor very seriously!
Selling work on ZATISTA is very personal and exciting. I love having an opportunity to communicate with buyers... and interested art lovers. This is a comment that I received recently and it makes me so happy!
"I love the painting so much-- can't take my eyes off it. I thought we had some pretty nice prints on the walls, but a real live painting is a completely different experience."
Thanks again,
Michelle
