Description
This painting turns the fragile motif of daffodils into an image of memory and feeling awakening: branch like fissures, echoing the lines of kintsugi, do not destroy but affirm wholeness, letting the light break through. A blue sphere—like a vault of sky or the hush of early morning—holds the pearlescent sheen of the petals; from it arise the “voices," slender yet insistent, calling toward renewal. Here spring is not a date on the calendar but an inner state: from vulnerability to clarity, from pauses to motion, from the traces of what's been lived—toward a new beauty.
Presentation
Olga Petiuk – The Artist Who Transforms Spaces and Bestows Moments of Beauty
Olga Petiuk is a contemporary master of decorative realism whose oil canvases embody a subtle perception of the world and an enduring pursuit of self-improvement. Her creative journey began at the Cherkasy Art School, where a burgeoning love for painting ignited a lifelong commitment to continual learning and artistic growth.
After graduating from the Cherkasy Higher Art College (Faculty of Painting and Folk Crafts) and furthering her studies at the Kharkiv Academy of Architecture and Design in Interior Design, Olga developed a unique artistic language capable of enlivening any space.
Her work employs a multilayer oil painting technique that creates mesmerizing, soft, and fluid transitions of color and form. Olga virtuously blends delicate pastel hues with vibrant accents from a rich color palette, infusing her canvases with dynamism and emotional depth—transforming each piece into a visual symphony of light and color.
At the heart of her art lies the theme of flora and fauna, expressed through the silent beauty of nature. Every brushstroke reimagines familiar images, endowing them with renewed resonance. Olga's paintings do more than merely adorn an interior—they transform spaces, set distinctive moods, and serve as a wellspring of inspiration, inviting viewers to pause and rediscover refined harmony in the everyday.
Her talent is recognized and celebrated, with her works gracing private collections in Germany, France, and Switzerland.
