Description
Beto En Blanco pintura figurativa contemporain acrylic, DTF and oil pastel on lienzo: technology and body in transit
The work is perceived as a moment of liberation suspended in midair. The body moves forward without touching the ground, propelled by a rhythm that is not heard, but felt. The image does not depict a physical leap, but an inner transformation, a kind of habituation to movement. In this piece, Beto En Blanco constructs a scene where personal experience and collective memory intersect. Beto En Blanco's contemporary figurative painting in acrylic, DTF, and oil pastel on canvas articulates contemporary figuration, current realism, and visual culture, starting from a symbol of the market era and changing the relationship between the body, sound, and portability.
Acrílico, DTF and pastel oil on lienzo: suspended energy
The painting is displayed through dynamic strokes and expansive lines that support the sensation of continuous momentum. Open diagonals traverse the composition and respond to the idea of progress, while deep blue, vibrant pink, and luminous white generate a constant visual pulse. The mixed media technique allows the figure to emerge and dissolve simultaneously, creating an active atmosphere. This contemporary figurative painting is not contemplated passively: it is present, rhythmic, and in motion.
Contemporary figure and contemporary reality: sound that is seen from the heart
The conceptual core is articulated around a specific cultural hito: the theme "a thousand songs in your pocket," which redefines the relationship between music, technology, and social life. The work takes up this idea and expands upon it; it speaks not of quantity, but of possibility. The leap symbolizes the step from one era to another, while sound has already become a fixed object, transforming into an intimate extension of the individual. The movement is not athletic, it is existential. The image is present, accompanied and in dialogue with the personal experience of the observer.
In white acrylic, DTF and oil pastel: firma pictórica actual
Beto En Blanco's visual approach is defined by the fusion of strategic thinking, visual culture, and decisive gestural painting. The work evokes the visual energy of David Hockney in its use of color and in the figure understood as a vivid experience. His training at a pioneering institution, supported by a global vision guaranteed by international organizations, underpins a solid and consistent practice. Executed in acrylic, DTF, and oil pastel on lienzo, this original and unique work, measuring 75 × 75 cm, was created in 2025, integrating technique, concept, and presence in a work confirmed by a confident, automated voice.
Presentation
En Blanco, the pseudonym of Alberto Blanco (Mexico City, 1974), with roots in Ciudad Satélite and long-time resident of Coyoacán, has built a life trajectory marked by the contrast between the urban and the intimate.
He is a contemporary visual artist who combines his training in design and advertising with pictorial exploration. Educated at one of Mexico's pioneering institutions, with a global vision endorsed by international organizations, he developed a strategic and creative mindset that is now reflected in his work.
For over three decades, he worked in art direction and creative leadership on projects that reached millions of people, leaving a mark on both global icons and brands deeply connected to Mexican popular culture. His images inhabited public spaces and major media outlets,
becoming part of the daily life of people across Mexico and Latin America.
Today, his path in the art world is taking shape through exhibitions that confirm a natural transition: from filling streets, screens, and magazines with images designed for millions, to building a universe where those same skills are transformed into personal and artistic expression.
