Description
The painting has a distinct panoramic character, where the treetops fill almost the entire upper space of the canvas, creating a feeling of a cozy, intimate corner of nature.
The work is built on deep, saturated shades of blue, emerald green and dark blue colors, which contrast with the warmer ocher and light green tones of the earth and grass in the foreground.
The artist uses a textured brushstroke (impasto). Thick, relief layers of paint create a sense of dynamics, volume and lively vibration of light and foliage.
In the right part of the painting, the silhouettes of human figures are clearly visible, which are harmoniously inscribed in the natural environment under the treetops.
The introduction of small figures of people adds to the painting a plot mystery, a sense of scale, peace and solitude of a person alone with nature.
