Three gondolas rest at their mooring poles on a glowing Venetian lagoon, while the domes and bell towers of the city dissolve into a blazing orange and golden sunset sky. Andranik Harutyunyan builds the scene with thick palette-knife strokes, letting violet canopies and deep green water flicker against the fiery light. The textured surface catches the light and gives the lagoon a living, shimmering movement. Warm, romantic and full of energy, this oil painting brings the magic of Venice at dusk to a living room, bedroom, restaurant or office. A superb gift for travel lovers and art collectors.
