Description
Mixed media: Spray cans and oil markers Powerful varnish thus protecting against external damage. 68 cm in diameter Height (with the foot): 89 cm Support: Real reformed metal road sign from the 2000s on Lyonnais feet (technical term used for this type of sign). Hand-signed by the artist, with her certificate Rose-Agathe Steiner revisits road signs to invent a “story” for them, the common thread of which would be “it is forbidden to prohibit”. With this speed limit of 30 km / hour, RAS imagines the disarray of a mythical racing car faced with this castrating urban injunction. Like all RAS panels with metal, the classic varnish is supplemented with a “marine varnish” offering resistance to external elements.
