Presentation
Born in Madrid in 1972 and lives in Barcelona, Spain.
He studied photography and printing and engraving techniques at the Institut d'Estudis Fotogràfics de Catalunya and at the Escola Superior de Disseny i d'Art la Llotja in Barcelona.
His work focuses mainly on self-portraits and landscape. 'From the beginning my photographic work has had a marked autobiographical character, where the self-portrait and the nude have become my object of expression.
Motivated by my experiences and intimate states, the photographic process has become a process of introspection, which has led me to explore my fears, doubts, and longings; forcing me to delve into my inner self, in search of a more real awareness, for a greater understanding, knowledge, and acceptance of myself.
In recent years, landscape photography has become equally important in my need to express my experience of the sea in an effort to create images that poetically exalt its sense of finitude and timelessness.
My greatest desire with my photographs is to be able to connect emotionally with the viewer and their own intimate space.
