Anna Laura Cartocci  

Anna Laura Cartocci, Roman, always involved in various artistic activities, discovered in the year 2002 the techniques of graphic art.

He attended the "Perinciso" calcographic laboratory of Laura Stor, supporting it, over the years, in the course of courses organized at schools. He loves to devote himself to etching, to the ancient and refined technique of the black way and to the mini-graphic.

An overall reading of his recordings discovers a creative fantasy sometimes veiled with sadness, but, more often, ironic and funny, typical of those who capture the observer and speak to his eyes and mind with metaphors and allegories, reinventing the images with compositional freedom and ironic vein.
He is present in the Repertoire of Italian Engravers.

His works appear in various collections in Italy and abroad. began to affect in 2002 practicing mainly the techniques of etching, aquatinta, ceramolle and linoleografia. In his career he has made more than 135 matrices, 50 of which have been performed in the last five years. His works mostly depict subjects inspired by the theme of memory.
