Description
This work testifies to the meeting of two cultures: the influence of Aboriginal culture is evident when Annie Franklin chose the view from above to engrave the image of a snake, the founding animal of Aboriginal mythology. On the other hand, it uses the frontal vision, specific to Western art, to represent other endangered species, some of which, like the Kangaroo, are only known on this Island-Continent.
