Supreme Dynamite M, 2021

Rémy Aillaud

The artwork entitled “Supreme Dynamite M” is a creation of the artist Remy Aillaud. It was made using techniques of handcrafted steel, mixed media, and epoxy, resulting in a unique and impressive piece. The dimensions of the artwork are 14×7.5×7.5cm and it comes with a beautiful carrying case to protect it.

The piece depicts a red explosive device with the “Supreme” brand written on it, alongside a lighter with the same inscription. The contrast of red and black colors creates a sense of danger and intensity, making the artwork attention-grabbing to those who observe it.

The artwork is a reflection on the culture of consumption and the pursuit of power that is often associated with luxury brands and status. By creating a representation of a dangerous object like dynamite, the artist questions society about the values that are attributed to these brands and products. The presence of the word “Supreme” reinforces this criticism since this brand is known for its high market value and is an object of desire for many young people worldwide.

At the same time, the artwork can also be seen as a tribute to the aesthetics of urban culture and graffiti, which often use vibrant and contrasting colors in their creations. The mixed technique used by Aillaud brings an interesting texture to the artwork, making it even more attractive and unique.

If you are an art collector or appreciate distinctive and thought-provoking pieces, the “Supreme Dynamite M” will certainly be an excellent addition to your collection.
