Sylviane Canini was born in 1954 in Paris. 1977 Graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts N. Grigoresco graphic section in Bucharest, Romania. “She engraves traces of the body, translates the emotion of a movement, exalts the fragility of the material. Sylviane Canini is anchored in a classicism which seduces by its erudition and its elegance. At home, the drawing prays. An unfinished drawing, in suspense. A desire that is yet to come.
