Biography
“Attached to figuration, I question, through the art of portraiture, allegory and still life, the way of representing. I like to blur the boundaries between painting and drawing: lines and spots rub shoulders, clash, intermingle in order to create breaks in credibility in a figuration thus undermined. Through my technique, my goal is to find differentiated writings while offering a visible reading of the figuration. This technical and compositional work is joined by that of allegory (…) questioning the issues of our existential particularism as well as our relationship to the living. »
