Bronze Sculpture for Sale
Franco-Cameroonian, after a brief career as an actress, Zaza Noah became a self-taught painter. Revealed in 1997 for his frescoes made for Cerruti, Habitat and Rado.
In 2000, Zaza went into exile in the West Indies and extended her career to the United States.
His painting, especially his portraits, reveals his link with primitive cultures.
"The origin of my inspiration is the dream, I am a dream painter, just like the aboriginal painters".
Over time, Zaza's work definitely asserts itself as that of a visionary painter. Demanding in her technique, Zaza will study the secrets of painting (classical Italian oil, as well as Chinese calligraphy).
Photographer, sculptor, mastering DTP, Zaza's life is his canvas.
Communicative in his passion, Zaza realizes in 2000 in St Barthelemy, a Live painting / music show.
From this first concept are born the SHANGASTUDIOS, free art schools in which children learn by example, in the presence of professional artists.
For fifteen years, Zaza , a female sculptor, has been carrying out her activity with passion in the south-west of France where she draws her inspiration from the world of bullfighting, rugby and the sea.
She has participated in numerous exhibitions both in Bayonne and in Dax. She received the first sculpture prize in 2003 on Mont de Marsan. “My work is based on the global abstraction of detail, while keeping a maximum of volume".
After honoring the Festayre with the poster for the 2010 Dax Festival, Zaza devoted 2011 to bullfighting. Favorites and encounters have stimulated the creativity of the artist, who devotes a passion to this emblematic horned, noble animal full of presence to which she grants the essential and the sublime: "the ideogram of the toro, this silhouette which basically sums it up from horns to tail," she says.
A specialist in animal sculptures, the artist flourishes in the production of bullfighting actors… “Animals speak to me", she says simply. Whatever the support, cellular concrete, serpentine from Zimbabwe, bronze, these toros and other polar bears offer a rounded, warm and dynamic visual that makes you want to slide your hand and look.
Inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle and the voluptuous sculptures of Botero, Zaza displays her particularities since a passion discovered in childhood and when she manipulated clay under the advice of Benoît Lasserre.
Fame was not long in coming, the artist exhibited in Dax, Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, Madrid, Bilbao and she won trophies. The many international collectors in love with a raw and intuitive art where strength, modesty and sensitivity mingle, who have already come across Zaza's sculptures have fallen in love!
