Adrianna MJW has lived in Megève, in front of Mont Blanc for over 20 years. The mountain is part of its identity and it is one of its sources of inspiration. This mountain fascinates her, it is a particular symbolic territory. The mountain par excellence. Forbidden, promised or refuge, the mountain covers a strong symbolism.
His representation of the landscape derives from his photographic views. It is in this back and forth between her unconscious, her interior visions, her photographs and her memories of glimpsed landscapes that she draws her inspiration. She expresses through painting her emotions and feelings in front of the panorama which surrounds her but also questions herself on the future of the mountain and its evolution.
