Biography
Born in Osaka in 1983.
Her representative works are the series "Gray Forest", showing the scenery which lost its sense of space by being covered with volcanic ash, and "Moon of the Earth", where the ground seems closest to the sky in Japan. While working in the manufacturing industry, she is creating photographic artworks forcusing on copying.
She paid hommage to famous photographs of the moon landing to create artwork that looks like the surface of the moon. Such photos were created by photographing miniatures or images captured from the Internet.
