Hakim Mouhous was born in Pantin, near Paris, in 1956.
Hakim Mouhous builds figurative structures in iron wire on which he applies cigarette paper to create the surface of the work. The result is an object with many dense lines and evanescent surfaces, an effect given by the translucent cigarette paper.
