Biography
Born in 1964.
Lives and works in Lille, France. After obtaining an Art license following his training in Applied Arts in Paris, he has participated, since 1985, in numerous personal and collective exhibitions in France and in Europe, but also internationally. Olivier Aubry is also very present in many contemporary art fairs, such as FIAC, Art Cologne, or Art Paris.
Since 2015, he has been developing several series following a precise protocol, that of the drawing made after dictations, that is to say oral descriptions of Japanese landscapes. He thus undertakes the constitution of an inventory of today's Japan.
