Biography
Giuseppe Canali (best kown with the psedonym Enrico Alià) (Venice, 1885) studied in Milan and was a pupil of Alessandro Milesi; he dedicated his production to etchings and his works, in this genre, were highly appreciated. At the Primavera Fiorentina in 1922 he participated with two works: "Passando" (Passying) and "Ville veneziane" (Venetian Villas). He also participates at the National Art Exhibition of Brera in 1922 exhibiting the aquatint "L'ultimo gradino" (the last step).
