Natu

Cote D'Ivoire • 1970

To paint is to whisper the secrets of the universe in color, to capture the brilliance of a dream before it fades. Each canvas is a window open to infinity.

Biography

I am a self-taught contemporary French artist, NATU.
Born into a family of painters, I was immersed in the arts from a young age.
My hybrid style merges neo-expressionism and outsider art with a strong graphic, contemporary, and instinctive energy.
My works explore identity, cultures, and urban expression through a personal, vibrant, and impactful language.
I paint faces as one evokes worlds. Presences emerging from matter, from shadow, from silence.
My works carry codes, inner writings, between memory, spirituality and urban abstraction.
Each painting is a passage: from the visible to the invisible, from silence to light.
I reveal matrix figures, oracles, buried songs.
It is a painting of the soul, a vibratory language.
This is my signature
My writing
This is not a message to read, but an energy to feel, a deep connection.
