"As far back as I can remember, I have always been attracted to images, photos, drawings, painting; the immediacy of the emotion they provide fascinates me.

Light, shadows, reflections, shapes and nature inspire me.

My camera is my paintbrush, my photography is a poetic path, my universe is graphic, pictorial, minimalist, abstract.

Through my choices, my framing, I deconstruct reality in order to offer another perception of the world around us."

Yann Gaillot is a French artist born in the Paris region, he divides his life between Paris and Burgundy.

An image specialist, he worked for several years for the Canon brand. He then devoted himself entirely to his passion, photography, and became a photographer, artist and author.

Since 2020, he has presented his photographic work in numerous exhibitions.
